Had a great two night stay at The Lodge at Jaguar Reef. All of the staff members that we interacted with were helpful and accommodating......especially Julio at the front desk! The staff are the best I've ever experienced, after two weeks there everybody called us by name. Few problems with the room with things not working but they did offer an upgrade.
