“Great location, beautiful grounds, and very pretty rooms.
I don’t expect a lot from a continental breakfast but this one was particularly underwhelming. The “to go” coffee cups ran out even though there were very few guests on that particular day. The electric kettle was not working so there was no hot water for tea or oatmeal. And there was no staff around to address the issues.
In addition, our room didn’t get cleaned and I had to ask for towels after returning from our day out. Very...
