"The shower pressure and breakfast was 10/10! George was wonderful! However, this hotel has no elevators and the stairs were very difficult with our luggage. The rooms build up EXTREME MOISTURE so everything feels wet and the walls and the door are wet. We found multiple bugs/flies/insects in our room and did report to staff as well. The windows don’t have a window screen so anytime we opened it, it brought in a lot of different insects. The shower and pressure is 10/10 although my partner did complain about the water turning cold on some evenings. The kitchen dining area also has a lot of flies which they said is common due to the weather but it’s not ideal to eat with flies everywhere in your body and landing on your dishes/IN your food. Overall, it was an okay stay but I would not stay here again in the future."

The entire property is well-kept, and the staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to make the stay memorable and pleasant. The breakfast is delicious, too! This is a great location and their staff makes the resort truly five-star! They genuinely care about their guests and that shows in every aspect of your stay. "

"I was amazed at how beautiful the views from this hotel was. Quaint cute little hotel room. Clean. Staff was sooo nice. They gave me a blanket when they saw me watching the sunset and it was a little cold. Also brought me wine a one fruit free of charge! They were so helpful and kind. Really enjoyed my stay here. Nice area also."

"Overpriced for what it offers. The staff and food were great, but you can get a very similar experience at neighboring hotels for half the price. Surprisingly, complimentary bottled water is not included even though Santorini tap water is not drinkable and water costs €7 per bottle plus tax. Coffee pods are included, but having to purchase basic drinking water at this price point felt unreasonable. The main pool, advertised as heated, was never heated during our stay, which was disappointing since it was cold in April and the pool is one of the property’s main amenities."

"The view from this property is absolutely breathtaking, with an incredible caldera view that truly stands out and makes the entire stay memorable. The place was clean and everything matched what was described on the property page, which made the stay very reliable and comfortable. Since we did not have a rental car, the property was helpful in arranging taxis for us whenever needed. The property also had two bathrooms, one of which had an open concept design. This was not an issue for us. There are quite a few stairs to climb, but that is expected for the location and part of the overall experience. Overall, it was a beautiful stay. We didn’t get the Expedia perk of 1 beverage per 2 people per stay. "

"Everything was fantastic!!! Angel (the manager) very helpful in all aspects and also was the nicest person I have ever met. The room was as I expected and the breakfast was incredible, loved the variety! Anyone who wants to come to Santorini should stayed here. Great experience!"
