"Staff contacted us to see if we wanted the “luxury suite” said there was a hot tub outside. Thinking this was going to be better we excepted. Sadly it was so cold and windy, not to mention the hot tub water was cold!! Totally unuseable.We had rented another room for our friends that was nicer with a hot tub that when using it flooded the bathroom floor! Had to use all the towels to soak up the water You can’t drink the water in the rooms so the gave use 2 small bottles of water for both days. No fresh towels for hot tub. "

The guy who brought us breakfast and the complimentary champagne upon check in was super friendly too! In my opinion you can’t get a better view, service, or clean suite anywhere else in Santorini.
