"Incredible breakfast buffet, very polite and helpful reception staff. All staff were cheerful and helpful. Location is difficult, halfway between the airport and the city center, and with the rise in traffic issues, transportation was a sizeable problem. The shuttle found it hard to keep to a schedule, and there was some miscommunication regarding the taxi rate into town. The hotel itself is clean and well appointed and right next to a shopping center."

"Pros - Nice and quiet as away from the centre whilst still being walkable for able bodied travellers. Good service . Nice room. Very effective AC. Very comfy bed and pillows . As you would expect from a hotel if this stature. Cons - Had a problem with shower delivering not hot on one day. Also shower gel not replenished. So had a bad shower experience for one day. Asked for complimentary breakfast to compensate and that was given with zero fuss."
