Exceptional service and a beautiful stay We had a fantastic stay at Mercure Tirana and the service truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, the reception team were exceptional — we were kindly allowed an early check-in, and as I was travelling with my niece, she received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. A big thank you to the reception staff and the manager for their professionalism and warmth. The room was beautifully arranged, tasteful, and very comfortable, and it was cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast was excellent, and a special mention goes to Valbona, whose care and attentiveness made our mornings feel very welcoming. The food was good and well presented. Overall, a very comfortable hotel with outstanding hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

It was a regular hotel. Staff were friendly, especially the bartender. The pool are was great. Getter to the hotel is a bit of a challenge because it's on one side of a motorway, so to get there and back you need to drive much further.

I like the neatness of the hotel, its close proximity to the airport and the city centre. The staff were quite friendly and are ready to help out with anything. The breakfast options are great as well! It’s definitely a good value for money.
