Beautifully renovated property which was bright and clean with a private balcony. Guests have access to laundry and a full kitchen and seating area. Staff were lovely and helpful. Great location with nearby shops and a 15 to 20 minute walk to Skanderbeg Square. Highly recommend staying at the Noni Guesthouse.

My stay here was amazing in every way, the owners and staff were so generous. Upon arrival I was helped with my bags and offered snacks and drinks. My room and the property was beautifully modern and very clean. The morning of the check out I was woken up by the owner with some delicious pastries for breakfast. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay or hosts. Thank you so much to the owners I will not forget this experience and will recommend this property!

Noni Guesthouse is a recently remodelled 3 story building. It's modern and luxurious. We had a great stay with amazing hosts being very hospitable and helpful. The whole building is very beautiful and clean. Location is nice and there are essentials nearby such as a kiosk and cafe. During mishaps the hosts acted fast and were very helpful. I would book here again 100% if I ever come back. Hosts are newcomers but professional. This guesthouse is truly a hidden gem.

We had a wonderful stay at Noni Guest House and are happy to be the first to leave a review. This is a brand-new guest house, and everything is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, allowing us to rest perfectly. We were very pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the accommodation. The location is excellent. Many attractions, restaurants, and the old town can be reached easily on foot. If needed, a taxi can take you to the bus terminal or anywhere else in the city in just a few minutes. The value for money is outstanding. It is difficult to find such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place at this price. The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful. They even surprised us with fresh pastries before our departure, a gesture we truly appreciated. We highly recommend Noni Guest House to anyone visiting Berat. We wish the owners every success with their new guest house and are sure they will receive many excellent reviews in the future. Best of luck, and thank you again for such a lovely stay!

Unfortunately our stay was uncomfortable due to several issues that were not clearly communicated before booking. 1. Cooling: We were told not to open windows or balcony doors because of the central AC/air-filtration system. Despite temperatures around 30°C during the day, our rooms remained extremely hot and stuffy. We repeatedly asked for the AC to be adjusted, with little effect. The first night we could leave our doors open, but once another guest arrived, we could no longer do so and had no practical way to cool the room. 2. Shared bathroom: This was our biggest concern. “Shared bathroom” appears only in the About section and is misleading. We understood it to mean a bathroom shared between our two rooms, not with a complete stranger. Had this been clearly stated, we would not have booked. 3. Noise/odors: The shared kitchen meant hearing another guest cooking and using cabinets and dishes, while food odors entered our room. Since windows could not be opened, there was no way to ventilate. 4. Payment: At 5 PM, the owner’s son knocked asking for payment while we were resting, despite being told we could pay at checkout. At 8 PM, the owner’s wife messaged again while we were having dinner asking for payment 5. Privacy: This is a family-run property with the owners living on-site, which can make the experience feel more like staying in someone’s home than a guest house. One morning you are being served pastries and the next you are asked who took them from the kitchen.
