"Hotel Hauser is an excellent choice! From the first interactions before arrival, they were always very prompt in responding to my messages, to the warm welcome upon arrival and the impeccably clean rooms, we were very happy to have stayed here! The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to the train station and major attractions. Ursula made our breakfast experience each morning so pleasant and memorable. "The property was beautiful and the staff was excellent. The spa was not open all day only 4 to 8. The breakfast was exceptional. I would go back. The spa was immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. My only issue was that the room was too warm and there was no way to cool it down except open the slider with no screen."

"Overall the hotel is good. Friendly staff and very helpful. Daniel & Marina were professional and super awesome. No restaurants close by. Maybe they were closed as it is not the season for skiers in April. The biggest drawback is there is no proper electrical outlets. They have a couple in odd places and it’s not convenient to charge laptops, iPhones, ipads etc. make sure to have an extension wire and proper Swiss adapters. They do not have electric kettles in rooms nor encourage you to have one due to fire risk. Take a flask and fill hot water from the coffee shop. "
