"I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friend who wanted to extend their holiday in Zante. The hotel pictures looked suitable - I did not expect a 5 star hotel in a party resort full of young people! The reality of the accommodation did not reflect the pictures advertised by the hotel! The main building is fine but my daughter was stuck in an additional block of the hotel which was adjacent to the laundry room! "The rooms were not equipped , seriously how can you not have bottled water in the fridge when it’s 38 degree Celsius outside for your guest on arrival , tea and coffee facility was zero no coffee no tea bags .. we where on our honeymoon, we requested a double bed and got two single beds , I speak Greek and of course it was the ole I don’t care attitude and yes you have a lovely room ! NOT THE CASE … the property is dated old and the rooms need a major facelift as do does the service.."

"Karras Livin was perfect for what we needed. Room size was fine and location was great. Pool was occasionally a little dirty so we used the pool at the hotel sometimes. Staff friendly. Cleaner always came when we were sleeping so room was only cleaned once during two weeks. Would have liked some fresh towels/bin bags/toilet rolls left outside room as we had to fend for ourselves with these items Great stay overall and would return. "
