“Location..it has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. ( need a car) Rooms are very comfortable, tea /kettle etc. Stairs are a little steep. staff are lovely ,had a very pleasant stay. “Staff were vthe best breakfast was amazing”

“could do with a little TLC”

“Had a great stay. Staff were wonderful. Meals in the restaurant were the best I’ve had out for a long time. I’d travel the hour just for the food. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The hotel was right on the door step of the town centre and cafes, bars and restaurants though everything you need is right in the hotel. Breakfast was cooked to order and served piping hot, one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Overall the hotel is fabulous...

“Clean comfortable room. Good TV. Modern bathroom but need to replace the black mouldy silicone in shower and sink!”

We enjoyed the breakfasts—nice selection of pastries, cereals and fruit. And, the selection of hot items on the breakfast menu was...
