โRoom was updated, and very nice and clean. Staff was very polite. The only thing I was a bit set back on was that their dumpster was overflowing and there was trash that was was in and out of bags off to the side of it along with an appliance and beds. That area really needs cleaned up.โ
โEverything was unique. Fun and informative rooms and hallways, cozy accommodations, lovely grounds, fun restaurants with good food and fun themes. Eat-in movie theater with first run movies. Loved it and recommended to visitors. Will go back!โ
โI liked that it gave me some good walking to the heart of Ballard, it was a sweet little spot, very clean good communication, street parking was cramped and busy but that is city life. โ
โWe have stayed at a couple of the ownerโs properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. โ
โIn a nutshell, it is a fantastic hotel for a family to stay a few days. Kitchen facility, breakfast, surrounding environments are fine. Only one disappointing point is some ventilating noise from the hotel courtyard through windows, which can be overcome by putting on earplugs.โ
โWas skeptical of a motel claiming to be the โbest motelโ but was pleasantly impressed by my stay. The guy working the check in was extremely friendly and left a lasting impression. This property has a gated parking lot, which I was thankful for after realizing I left the window down in the car overnight. The room was pleasant and mostly clean, with my only complaint being the floor making my feet dirty. During check out, one of the housekeepers saw I was heading to check out and took the key...
โOur check in was great. Rebecca at the front desk was very helpful and made the check in process very easy. She was very attentive and had amazing customer service. Great breakfast. โ
