"The shower was extremely small. I am only 5 ft but my husband is 6ft and it was difficult for him to move around. The bed was comfortable, but the blanket or comforter was really thin."

"I absolutely enjoyed every bit of my stay in Niagara Falls. When I arrived at the hotel everyone was so friendly and welcoming. When it was time to checkin there was a $100 deposit due for EACH NIGHT of the stay that I wasn’t aware of and definitely didn’t budget for but I mean what can you do. Then they offered me a better view on the 40th floor for an additional $200 per night not including the over $500 that I already paid which was very confusing. The manager took it down to $100 per night and I still wasn’t budgeting to spend an additional $400 on my hotel stay alone. Food and experiences were the most important to me. But the corner view of the horseshoe was great, the room was lovely and I enjoyed the liveliness of the hotel. The food wasn’t very tasty for the price in my opinion but I had a great Mother’s Day weekend. We did maid of the most, behind the falls and the Skylon tower. 10/10. Oh and parking was $35 per night to park at a lot offsite and $100 per night for garage parking at the hotel"

"Good hotel overall. They are doing some updates, which is nice. We had a regular 2 Queen room that looked to the convention centre. The plug ins are a notary located and to use the coffee pot, we had to place it on the ground as the cord did not reach. The hotel was right next to the Marriott which is perfect to go into for Starbucks and a great view of the falls, without paying the Marriott hotel price. We used the incline railway to get back up to the falls after wandering down. The hotel is nice and close to it. It is near lots of restaurants- recommend Tacos n Tequila and La Favella. I would stay here again. "

"Best thing about this place was the view. The lobby and restaurants are really dated. Breakfast omelet was CA$40! very over priced. Awkward separate elevator to get to flr30. Gym is in a different hotel. GoogleMaps address is incorrect. We were lead to a different place. Tower Hotel even knows about the problem but don't mention it when booking. I would not visit this place again."

"Beds were very soft, cheap mattresses maybe. Wrinkled bedding made first bad impression. Second lock on inside door broken. Bare bones room...no frig or microwave BUT Bathroom clean, soap, shampoo provided. Breakfast sufficient..waffles, toast, cereal, juice"
