โProprty is new and clean. Its primary focus is upon long stays but we stayed one night. No breakfast at motel. Excellent local breakfast spot less than a mile away.
Our only problem was that Expedia's AI unilaterally chaned our stay dates to a week away! You can't speak to a living Expedia cystomer service rep easily
I self-resolved my issue but Expedia's AI is about to make me find an alternative. โ
โRoom was very clean, ac unit was quiet and had the always on setting, so it wasn't kicking on and off all night. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was top notch, for a hotel breakfast! We would definitely stay here again. โ
โLocation was great if youโre going to the Springs or the Homosassa State Parkโฆ big beautiful pool and great food in the little bar and Grill. โ
โChris the manager, is an amazing lady. She is so kind and helpful. The owner is also super sweet. We will definitely stay here again, when we need a room in Dunnellon, Florida. โ

โThe owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future...

โWe didnโt get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didnโt lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break.โ
