“Room and en-suite all very modern and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a triumph and special shout out to the young woman serving at breakfast who was extremely pleasant and friendly with everyone- sorry I can’t recall her name.”

“Perfect spot in Oban. Steps away frm Oban Distillery and the waterfront. The hotel itself is behind and above a beer garden and whisky bar w over 300 whiskys on their wall to try!! Staff was great and helpful. Beds king size and comfortable.”

“Lovely setting. Folks who have difficulty walking would have major trouble here. I was disappointed in some of the food. I was very disappointed that we could not access the pool when we wanted to. Great for the community kids, but definitely should not be listed as a hotel amenity.”

“The staff at the hotel was really friendly but if you have issues with lifting luggage it may be a problem getting up the stairs . We were not told when the breakfast was over so when we arrived at 950 am it was over and was only given toast and juice and coffee . We really enjoyed the supper as there was only one other place that was open in the village near by pier which was already booked for the night . The stay was really quite in the hotel which was also another plus but the beds were not...

“Ein wunderschönes B&B mit herrlichem Blick auf das Wasser. Zimmer sind toll und liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nix. Jeden Morgen bekommt man einen Korb aufs Zimmer mit verschiedenen Sachen zum Frühstücken. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut zu empfehlen!!!”

“Another fantastic stay at Aspen lodge where nothing is too much trouble and you are served amazing breakfasts. Stayed for a week and we literally had a different breakfast daily. You can eat indoors or outdoors too here.
