The staff were extremely courteous. The hotel rooms were actually quiet as well. No loud doors banging or hearing the street noise..that was nice considering we were staying in the city. All the rooms have been renovated so everything was new..also nice. My only complaint was the bathroom. It well appointed but TINY. The toilet is so close to the sink they are almost touching. If I stay there again, I will request a room with a larger bathroom. Otherwise a very good value for the money.

Staff was great! We requested the first floor and while we could have chosen the 3 o 4 th. Renovated floors, we wanted easy access to our car.
