“This hotel is exceptional. Easily a 5-Star accomodations! There was absolutely nothing not to like about our stay here. My only regret is not reserving a room that was handicap accessible. I was told later that handicap rooms have a commode that is "chair height" with grab bars. I will remember that for next time. I highly recommend this hotel!”

“My senior citizen parents stayed here a few days while they visited for their grandson's high school graduation. They enjoyed the amenities and the friendliness of the staff. Thank you for taking good care of them!”

“Everything was so nice. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The place was very clean and well.maintained. my son and nephew enjoyed the pool and I had a good workout in their workout center! They have the lounge firepit area where you can utilize their grills, which is so nice. If we were staying longer than 1 night, we definitely would have taken advantage!”

“There are in the middle of construction and had a low quality breakfast. The pillows are oddly small. Not dirty or anything terrible, but you can get more for the same price elsewhere.”

“When you come close to the property then you realize that you have made a mistake. Its smelly and a bit scary. Entrance was not welcoming. The hallways were dim and scary. The room is OK, but the bed was metal and didn't feel very nice. Linen was just OK. Fridge had a fridge smell. Bathroom was OK. Floor had no carpet but was OK. Do not rent from the webpage picture.”

They looked frustrated and overwhelmed by the situation and didn’t seem to have a way to resolve the issue. In the end, they had to let us into the room using their master key, but they were unable to provide me with a working room key. To make matters worse, the room was in terrible condition. “Bathroom did not appear to be cleaned. Only new towels seem to be provided. Room floor was not sweeped and counters were not wiped down. Unsure if sheets were changed. Sheets had cigarette holes and one bed had hair from last tenants and room smelled like liquor and cigarettes. Wall in kitchen nook was dirty and wall by the air unit and door were dirty. There was tape in the back corner near the window to cover hole. Air unit had dirt and glitter all over it and had size stickers of clothing...

“Checked in and checked right back out. The staff was helpful, but the hotel and room were not good. Trash from the front desk to our room and the room itself had stains on the floor and ceiling. Our bags never even left the car.”
