"I hate to write a bad review BUT this was prob the worst customer service hotel I’ve experienced. Check in: I had paid in advance on Hotel.com… She couldn’t find my payment so said she charged me again until she figured it out. The person that checked in before me came back down to say he had been given a room that was occupied. Breakfast: at 7:30 am the lady running the breakfast was so rude to another guest that we all could hear her. She said, “it’s first come, first serve. We are at 95% capacity and it’s just 2 of us…” Breakfast area was messy. No hot water. Low on food. Rudeness and lack of preparation by hotel staff. Check out: Since I paid twice I wanted to make sure I was checked out correctly. Nobody at front desk with a hand written note to leave key and email. I waited. She told me she would email me & I told her I needed proof that I wouldn’t be charged twice. She had to go get someone else be cuz she couldn’t figure it out. So glad I stood my ground. Bellevue/Seattle has so many hotels that we will stay elsewhere based on our customer service experience at this hotel. "

"staff was very friendly, nothing really close by, they do have a shuttle to Walmart and the Airport they do have breakfast but our flight was to early for us to try"

"The breakfast room is spacious and the sausage and scrambled eggs were hot. The airport shuttle was timely and easy to arrange. The front desk personnel were very helpful, very knowledgeable about the area and just super kind."

"This place is tired and desperately in need of renovation. The public places were not clean. At first we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned, and were then shown to a different one that was fine but only had one set of towels for the 2 of us to share. This place has great potential, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good - but I would not stay here again."

"The elevator went down 3 of the days we stayed we were on the 3rd floor we had a service dog but still ended up paying fees for her overall we would stay again"

"Clean room, receptionists were amazing! However, we had a little argument with one the valet men. We got in around 3pm, we dropped our vehicle for valet. When we wanted to leave, he asked us if we clicked the link this and that? Which my husband mentioned he did not explain but he kept insisting he did. He kept saying “I already told you.. I told you” like 3x. Ok like we get it.. if you told us then sure, our fault for not clicking the link. But don’t keep saying it, once is enough and the tone was just plain disrespectful. However, we never went back for valet, there was free parking close by! Valet was about 49$/day. If looking for a pool. Probably not the hotel for you, there was no pool. Other than the mishap, hotel was amazing and receptionist was on point, super friendly!! "
