"Diane (I think that’s her name) is so friendly and fun at check in - she’s amazing and makes sure to explain ALL the things! The soaking tubs are amazing. The staff is all friendly. You can easily walk to the Lava Hot springs pools and there are some great dining options close The hotel itself is older but very well kept and a perfect getaway from the busy city life 💕"
