"After spending one night at a "horror hotel" upon arrival, we were able to book our group into the Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel. This was the right move - we were three adults and two kids, and the "two-room apartment" they had on the 7th floor was perfect, and an added bonus of a hotel parking and an indoor pool made our lives easier for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was good too! Recommend!"

"Nice and clean hotel, located conveniently near the Sofia Airport. The courtesy shuttle service from and to the airport was excellent, and staff were friendly and helpful."

"The towels need replacing - they were old, frayed and with holes. Please check your minibar upon arrival. I was charged a deposit for the minibar, which I only later noticed was completely empty. Luckily, one of the receptionists kindly refunded the money the same day."
