"Leider war das Zimmer (Junior Suite) nicht sauber. Zwar war das Personal stehts um Sauberkeit bemüht, hat aber nicht geholfen. Eigentlich schade, da ich von den Riviera Hotels was anderes gewohnt bin. Und ja, leider stimmt es, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Strassenseite hat ist der Lärm unerträglich. Leider geht der Lärm bis spät in die Nacht und beginnt schon ab 5 Uhr. Wenig Schlaf is da vorprogramiert. Meiner Ansicht nach sollte das Hotel darauf achten, das die Suiten nicht zur Strasse...

I arrived by Peru Hop bus at 5 am in the morning and they checked me in for half of the price which I was happy at the end and I swop breakfast for that morning as I was leaving next day at 3 am for Colca canyon trek. I could leave my staff in the room which I had again after 2 days on trek (for free). Great is a possibility to make a tea in your room or get it at the reception.
