"Amazing stay! Easily accessible with bus stops near that go to and from the airport, the beach and main front is only a 5 minute walk away. The rooms were tidy and spacious, and cleaners came often to provide new towels. I recommend everyone to take advantage of their outdoor pool! "Great hotel near the beach (like a 3 min walk). The food was wonderful for breakfast and dinner. They have different options of food every day. Their sangria is delicious for a great price. If you wanna eat at the snack bar, prices are very affordable too. Staff was very nice (except for one guy in the front desk who wasn't nice at all) but everybody else was super nice. The ocean view from our room was beautiful. We just felt the air conditioner took too long to work, but they fixed it and it got a bit better. I was traveling with my 11-old autistic and nonverbal son, and a friend, and it was a great place to stay for my son. The closest beach is also great for kids, very calming waters. "

"I reserved a Balinese bed but was not informed that there was a charge for this. I found out that there was a charge of 150Euros for it when I was paying my bill at check out.Had I known it was this expensive I would not have reserved one. I would have preferred to have spent the 150 Euros on lunch, drinks etc which would have been better value for money. Please can you inform staff to inform customers of the cost of reserving Balinese bed
