“A spacious, bright, airy apartment. Very clean and modern and the air conditioning worked flawlessly - I can’t say that about too many places we’ve stayed. It’s about a 20min walk into Como old town but we really appreciated getting away from the touristy part of town at the end of the day - plus seeing a more authentic Italy. The host is very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“We went to the birds eye view, for five days, in Como and all I can say is breathtaking. From the decor to the comfort of the apartment to the views as well as the location. Everything was perfect. We were made to feel so welcome by the people who were behind the organisation of it all, and the location of the apartment to Como center and the station is really good, all within 10-15 min walk. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”

"The hotel location is perfect. Carrefour and shopping shops are within walking distance. The parking lot is spacious, free, and convenient to use. The room is old, but spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is mini fidge, 2pairs of slippers and amrnities in the bathroom Two things that could be improved: 1. I connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, but it was so slow that I ended up using my data instead. 2. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the water was slow to drain, making it uncomfortable to take a shower."
