Local agradável, calmo, perfeito para relaxar. O café da manhã não tem tanta variedade, mas é bom. Os funcionários são atenciosos, e as piscinas uma delícia. Só o restaurante achei que deixou um pouco a desejar, mas não é ruim. Aceitam pet, mas cobram taxa pelo período com o animal.

A pousada está largada. Falta manutenção na estrutura física e na limpeza. Claramente já teve seu tempo áureo (construção é maravilhosa e mobiliário é de qualidade) mas hoje é uma mistura de estilos, café da manhã bem fraco. Para completar, é oferecido um microondas bastante sujo para que o hóspede aqueça seu alimento quando o restaurante está fechado. O aparelho fica ao lado da recepção em armário em que se guarda sapatos. A piscina externa também, com água turva.

Equipe muito atenciosa, desde os contatos prévios (whatsapp) e também presencialmente. Ambiente (terreno) enorme e com todo o potencial de um ótimo acolhimento, peca pela idade e dificuldade de manuteção - pode-se observar o envelhecimento das madeira, telhados e mobiliário... Apesar da atenção dedicada pelo rapaz da recepção, o horário limitado de Check-in e o não funcionamento do restaurante comprometeram nossa chegada.

Um ótimo lugar para descansar e relaxar. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Uma dica seria melhorar um pouco o buffet do café da manhã (não é ruim, mas é um pouco abaixo de hotéis similares). O staff é muito atencioso e cordial.

Hotel bonito, bem localizado, limpo, ótimo atendimento com funcionários prestativos! O café da manhã estava ok, sem muita variedade, mas o hotel estava vazio quando fiquei, deve ser por isso, porém o rapaz que nos atendia no café era muito prestativo e simpático, o Marcos. Fiquei no quarto C1, muito espaçoso, ótima vista para piscina. Faltou apenas um vidro na área do chuveiro para não molhar o banheiro todo. Mas recomendo o hotel, eu espero voltar na próxima ida para São Roque.

Não foram limpar o quarto nenhum dia. Sifão pia banheiro vazando e box também vazando. Não tinham cabides ou ganchos para pendurar nossas roupas no quarto. Café da manhã justo. Boa poscina de água quente, pianista durante algumas refeições, o que deixou o lugar bem aconchegante. Cama e chuveiro bons!

O valor da estadia não condiz com as instalações e o serviço prestado. O café da manhã é muito simples, foi servido em um salão antigo com cheiro de mofo. Cobram 50,00 por Pet de pequeno porte e não oferecem nem um tapete higiênico na acomodação. O único ponto positivo é a piscina aquecida. Não retornarei.

Funcionarios sem nenhum treinamento, falta de funcionários, hotel sujo e largado. Academia abandonada, dependencias do hotel abandonadas, roupas de cama (enxoval) deprimentes.Nao ha nenhum tipo de cortina no quarto.O cafe da manha com pouquissimas opcoes. Fomos para ficar 3 noites, ficamos somente 1 e fomos embora tamanha decepção.

Hotel lindo dentro da mata, todo em madeira e vidro. Fica distante da cidade. Fiquei em um quarto simples, cama confortavel, porem quarto muito pequeno, o banheiro entao, quase nao dava para usar, poderiam melhorar isso.cafe da manha com pouca variedade mas saboroso. O quarto não estava tão limpo, toalhas amareladas, água do chuveiro bem fraca , Tv não funcionava tivemos q chamar a recepção para ajustar, inf ter ferro de passar , não levei o meu é não tinha, passei o domingo c a roupa amassada ! Café bem ruim e fraco, alguns locais da área comum como perto do local onde tem o Café com cheiro de barata !Agua da piscina externa verde e turva! Caro vs benefício
