The location was Amazing ! The view from our room was excellent! They provide a free shuttle to downtown Sorrento which was a plus. Front desk was really helpful even when they stopped serving food they were able to order something for our daughter. Definitely recommend this hotel. We can’t wait to come back !

Wonderful hotel close to Sorrento centre. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel to and from Sorrento centre which is very convenient if you don’t have a car. Beautiful views all around and very helpful staff!

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a popular hotel and we were only able to book for one night to see our friends who were staying here. Cannot comment on the food as we didn’t eat here (breakfast was not included). Shuttle service was excellent to get you to the town. Pricey, but that’s Sorrento.

Overall great stay. They offer a shuttle bus on the hour every hour to take you from the hotel to the city center, very convenient. The property is a little outdated but very clean and the staff were very helpful. Only negatives, the in house bar and restaurant are a little pricey and the pool hours are limited during the day and closes before dinner.

Hotel is immaculate inside and out. Our sea view room was fabulous - spacious and clean with separate lounge area and a huge terrace with sun loungers. Staff and service excellent. Restaurant really good - breakfast is great and we booked the restaurant a couple of nights and the food was excellent. Free shuttle is so good - prompt and reliable. Pool area is gorgeous with lovely sea views and well looked after by the staff. Towels are provided and pool bar is good. What is not to like. All round this is a wonderful hotel!

Absolutely brilliant stay with ideal facilities. This hotel has the friendliest receptionist, Tina and the most gorgeous view. The hotel is incredibly clean- although could do with a bit of modernisation. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you into Sorrento town and picks up again- this facility was brilliant! lol area was lovely and good selection at breakfast!

A bit run down and many power cuts during the day and night. Although it came back on quickly, the tv would turn itself on every time including in the middle of the night which was unnerving. The shuttle bus is good though and bedsheets are clean. Nice walk on the road to a quiet beach.

The property was clean and the breakfast was good. The shower was ridiculous and you couldn’t use it without getting water all over the bathroom. The property is far from the downtown area. The hotel shuttle does not run often enough and the cost of a taxi is outrageous. The hotel claims to have a negotiated taxi rate, but it does not.

Terrible customer service and rude staff

Pros: good views, solid pool, frequent shuttle to the city. Cons: the door to our deck was broken, there was no iron in the room, and most importantly, there was no water in the hotel for several hours on our last night, and the hotel’s approach to customer service was appalling. Tina and Massimo were incredibly dismissive and rude, despite the exorbitant cost of a supposed four star hotel. We absolutely will not stay here again and I would recommend others look elsewhere.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room (312) was spotless and the maid came in every day to clean. Big terraced balcony to privately sunbathe with fab views. Lovely big pool and there seemed enough sunbeds and towels to go around. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. The hotel puts on functions so asking what's on at the desk is advised. The Sunday night pianist and singalong, from our balcony looked like lots of fun. The hotel itself is situated 10 mins outside of Sorrento town. There is a free shuttle bus every hour going to and fro. The road itself outside of the hotel is a very busy road with some dangerous bends so walking to town is risky. The rooms are well insulated so the traffic noise at night doesn't really come into the equation. Some parts of the hotel could do with modernising. A pleasant stay and would recommend.
