Beautiful room with excellent staff

Highly recommend as accommodations were clean, comfortable and in a great location! Francesca was lovely, and her restaurant recommendation was amazing! Breakfast is complimentary at the Ice Cream Shop nearby where Lucia serves a variety of options. My stay in Sorrento was perfect in every way!

Bright, cheerful, clean and nicely decorated. Good location close to train station and central historic area. Hosts were attentive and made sure our needs were met both before arriving and after arriving. Good effort to communicate with us to make sure we settled in OK, which was important because this was not a hotel with 25 hour staff, but an airb&b type room

I was absolutely amazed by the room! So new and modern, many amenities, staff so professional and friendly, good area to walk to main piazza. The only thing they can improve is the main entrance to building, so hard to find this place, the sign at door is so small so hard to find! Other than that, I loved this place. Keep in mind is on a Main Street and can get loud at day and night. If you looking for quietness not for you.

This property was so close to the train station. Very quiet and a beautiful balcony to eat the complementary breakfast delivered to your room every morning at your preferred time. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of plugs and outlets for charging items and there was lots of storage if you have an extended stay like we did. Francesca was so wonderful and communicative and anything we needed, she had an answer to. There is also an amazing restaurant just across from the entrance of the building with amazing food that locals frequent often. There’s also a great bar attached to the building called Banana Split. At the bar there are 2 wonderful dogs (a black lab and chocolate lab) named Guinness and Gin that love attention if you’re a dog parent missing your furry loved ones. We will definitely stay again. Just wonderful!

This was the best way to start off a trip in Italy. The building was great. The room is super clean. Magda at the front desk was the best! She was so helpful and patient. I would definitely stay here again because of the service and also because of how convenient it is location wise.

Really cute rooms. It is on the Main Street in Sorrento so it’s loud at night but expected due to being on Main Street. Clean rooms. It was warm in rooms esp at night even though there is an air conditioner., I recommend they do something to help w this. It is warm in Sorrento so I’m not used to the environment. Excellent breakfast. Overall, good place to stay.

Not my favorite

This was a pretty room but very small for a kind bed. This hotel gets a poorer rating because of the lack of privacy. The office is on the 3rd floor with 3 adjoining apartments. Think of a small office meeting clients, answering calls and listening to music 5’ from your door. It was awkward! They have other floors without this problem. It’s a very nice room that needs an office relocation. The location listed by Hotels.com is not the location.
