Overall the hotel was excellent and staff were great. Our first night we didn't have hot water, only warm, but the concierge fixed the issue with the boiler and we had hot water an hour later. We also had issues with the lights/TV turning off in our room constantly, as if the motion sensor didn't recognize we were there. It was a bit annoying. This has nothing to do with the hotel per se, but I would not stay directly on Corso Italia again. The strip is quite noisy at night and I recommend staying a bit further away.

The staff was exceptional, particularly Elena, who was helpful and creative and willing to assist with every detail large or small. The rooms were very clean. The hotel well placed for experiencing all of Sorrento and easily accessible to the ferries for day trips to Amalfi, Positano, and Capri. We loved our stay and recommend it highly.

We stayed on the third floor of this small, boutique-style hotel. Best part: the location — right on the main street, with gallery views of stylish shops and passersby. A fantastic vegan restaurant was just a short walk away. Street noise from late-night revelers.
