"We stayed in Suite 109 and the air-conditioning was not very good. Our room always felt hot. Lots of hairs in the bathroom and dead bugs - could’ve been cleaner. There were no larger bath towels in our room upon check-in and when I went to the desk the next morning they said that they did not have any that were clean to check back the next day so we had to use small towels every time we showered until we could actually get towels. The dryer in the laundry room area closest to the wall did not work. It did not spin, so my items did not dry well. Good breakfast and pretty easy to get to with a lot of stuff around it. Just wish that it was a little cleaner and stuff actually worked properly."
