“Room was kept very clean but did have to request maid service on a daily basis.”

“The staff were very helpful friendly and accommodating.”

“The quiet and cozy bedroom, the friendly service, and the delicious meals — everything was great.”

“Promised multiple times they would clean but did not. For over $300 a night that’s ridiculous.”

“It was very confortable location.”

“The elevator was not working properly, coffee pot in the room, but no coffee pods, the shower soap, conditioner, and shampoo were all empty. There was hair in the corners of the bathroom floor.. the carpeting in the hallways were dirty.”
