"I have been staying at this Novotel every year for almost a decade. The best feature of this place is the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are small - too small for more than 2 people. Otherwise, great location, great breakfast, and decent value for money."

Every single staff member went out of their way to take care of us personally and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. A special mention to their senior chef, Prabhakaran, who was so kind and warm — he personally checked in with guests during breakfast to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal.
