Every single staff member went out of their way to take care of us personally and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. A special mention to their senior chef, Prabhakaran, who was so kind and warm — he personally checked in with guests during breakfast to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai."

"Nice location in Chennai. Staff are very attentive and helpful. I saw the staff helping a guest pack an art item for shipment! The hotel is near the Phoenix mall which has many shops and restaurants."
