"As described, clean and compact."

"Great location, big car park and handy that you can park outside your block. Nice large room that was modern and comfortable with a balcony and large bathroom. Suggestion would be hooks on bathroom door and bedroom door as no where to hang coats. Also the bedspread and display pillows need to be cleaned. Apart from that, 4 mins to Chipping Norton and 8 mins to farm shop, would stay again. Good for kids as could have close rooms. Thought lift was excellent and interactions that we had with staff were great. Did not purchase breakfast. "

"Dinner in the garden restaurant was very good. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. I asked for the curry to be hotter than normal and when it arrived I couldn't eat it! They replaced it free of charge. Thanks for a very good dinner."

"A disappointment in the quality of the hotel, its condition, and its services. The room was so cold when I arrived I thought I was outside, and needed to use a difficult-to-regulate space heater. There was "no cook tonight", so the restaurant was closed. "

"The room was meticulously clean and the bed was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone having a layover at Heathrow Terminal 5. A very convenient place to commute to - either a H5H shuttle bus or one of the local busses (706 or 709… I don’t remember exactly) will take you from the terminal to the airport in less than 10 mins. "
