“The lady that checked me in was so friendly I’d had a bad day and someone stole my wallet & she gave me free champagne. The bed was very comfortable. It’s a bit of a maze getting around. But two staff members who be also very nice helped me. My restaurant experience was not great but everything else was.”

Swimming pool area a little dated, with dangerously slippery floor. Used restaurant for evening meal, food overpriced for what we had, also hot offerings at breakfast were cold”
“We have stayed at this hotel for the past 5 years and have seen the transformation that has occurred over recent times. My sister and I stayed with our elderly mother for 5 nights. I have to say that the staff at this hotel are exceptional. So friendly, kind and hard working. The half board menu was delicious and couldn’t fault the food. The rooms are of a high quality and whilst there was no availability this time for a mobility access room we found the ground floor room perfect for mums...

1. 유리벽을 사이로 타인과 눈을 마주치고 싶지않다.
2. Receptionist가 아주 무례하다. Lady "C" 넌 참 거짓말도 잘하는 구나!
3. Amenities는 들고 다니세요. 나이든 중년 냄새가 납니다.
4. 곰팡이 냄새나고 heater를 틀어도 첫번째 밤은 추위에 떨어야 합니다"
