I found it was just to unbearable to sleep. Warm day and room above the kitchen. One member of staff said to mention to reception. She said they have a lot of people say about it and they should be doing something about it. Was I was checking out and mentioned to the lady there. She brushed me off and I felt awkward and hurt. She did not care. โ
โStayed for one night en-route to my conference. Was pleasantly surprised. Very well run and maintained. Super friendly staff, room had all the necessary amenities and comfort.โ
โWe stayed in the Chinook suite and it eas beautiful. Original wooden beams, and original features which really emphasised and complemented the deisign of the room. Wonderful staff and just lovely service โ

Food, Bar, cosy and clean room - what more can you want, will absolutely be back. โ
โWe had to walk up 42 steps to get to our room carrying our baggage. The place is adequate but dated and the hot water difficult to adjust safely. A window in our room was ajar and there was rot and mold around the frame which caused us to leave it that way. There is no one attending the front desk as the person who checked us in did double duty in the restaurant. The food was fine. โ
โThe service was exceptional, also the food and cocktails. The place was really well decorated and looked elegant. Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to people and will go back one day for sure.โ
