“Breakfast needs a re think. 15 mins to get a fried egg is not really acceptable and the choice of items limited. Hot food was not particularly hot.”

“Really clean room. Lovely grounds and entrance into the lobby. Everything was perfect. Usually hotel rooms in these places are noisy and cold but this was perfection. Staff were really nice too.”

“Nice location, in the deep of Surrey AONB but that’s where it ends. The building itself is dated and needs modernising. It’s great as somewhere to lay your head. Small bathroom, thin pillows and duvets. ”

“Breakfast was Luke warm / not much bread left for toast as I assumed that most items were consumed by an overnight coach tour party staying overnight with earlyish departure. One staff member on duty probably having to cover for restaurant In the room which was ok the only problem was when you empty the wash basin the waste water came up the bath plug hole”

“All of staffs were very-very kindly. Room was clean all days. There is lovely garden ;) Recommend!!!”

“Excellent room with very good mattress, very good shower, and very good heating. Had nice seating outside for the warmer weather. We had a bad experience with one of the waiters in the restaurant where it took 25 minutes to get our order taken after sitting down and 55 minutes before finally getting the food. Being a small village there was not really an option to go elsewhere. We normally stay in Henley where there are lots of good restaurants ”

“When booking with this hotel make sure that breakfast is included in the fee for the room. Otherwise you will be paying 15 pounds for every meal. Also, the outlets are not the normal to outlets that you would see in modern hotels. Make sure to get a three prom to change your electronics. The Wi-Fi is not that get. ”

“didnt use the bar personally, so can't comment, but the room we stayed in was extremely clean, the staff were very helpful, no problems with parking and fir residents staying at the Swan 20% discount on all food bought in the restaurant! very pleased ”
