"Really attentive staff at the bar a big thank you to Jack for serving us on Friday. Mixed reviews on the room, one couple moved because of noisy guests my upgrade given to another member of our group so that was annoying and only one charger working so not able to charge our car. Other guests being disrespectful to the adjoining property smoking out of the window ! Bed really comfy abc a fabulous shower and lovely toiletries. Bill needs to be a bit clearer as it’s not obvious what you have purchased. Most of my issues was other guests which isn’t the hotels fault - just my upgrade should be given to me. We will stay again but prefer the main house as long as the window isn’t left open as I can’t reach it to close. "
