“I didn’t realise upon booking that the hotel has no A/C throughout, my room was 27 degrees, woke up at 2 am due to it being red hot and went and sat near reception as it was around 10 deg lower than the room, there was a free standing fan in the room which looked like it had done a few rounds with Mike Tyson, then just to top it off the fridge didn’t work at all, and when we reported it nothing was done.
