“Lovely staff, lounge areas are exquisite. Restaurant is very expensive, as are all beverages from the hotel - even before the 12.5% mandatory service charge. Expect a dinner bill of £200 + for just two guests and one bottle of wine - it really is not worth it for the minuscule portions.”

“This hotel looks great on the website but does not live up to expectations. It is extremely tired and dirty. My room was disappointing - dirty carpet, hair balls on the floor, mud and detritus and even nail clippings from a previous guest. It clearly had not been properly cleaned.
