"We arrived from another cruise very early and were able to check in upon arrival for a fee. This was very convenient for us. The room appeared very clean but the floor needed a washing. My husband's white socks were black after walking on the floor. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows and a good selection of tv stations. Aside from the dirty floor, the room was perfect for our needs. The shuttle system is very organized and well planned. It was convenient. My personal opinion was the gentleman with the mic did not need to continually spout on the entire time while waiting for our shuttle. He uses inappropriate language for families, his bathroom humor isn't funny, and his political views were unappreciated. I didn't understand his need to then board our cruise shuttle bus and tell childish jokes while the driver was loading luggage. This individual would not be reason enough to not stay there again as long as the price is reasonable."

"Location to cruise port, some shopping and restaurants is great. We waited for over 40 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to arrive for pick up. I tried calling the hotel twice and couldn’t get through to anyone. The man on check in was super rude when I let him know about the shuttle and the amount of people arriving. I asked him about booking the cruise port to airport shuttle and he said they don’t offer that. Yes they do. I booked it the next morning with the lady who runs it. He also gave us the room right next the elevator….grrr. I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is not worth the $698 I paid for one night. "
