"Excellent clean room "

"We were traveling to Indy for a family event. My husband is in the military, and our regular place to stay was booked (my in-law's home,) so we booked this hotel. It was my husband, myself, and three children ages 16, 13, and 11. The original room we were given was room 222. It was gross, the carpet was stained, all the furniture was stained, the pull out couch and mattress were unacceptably disgusting. The room was all over just a no. So I went to the receptionist and let her know how gross it...

The second stay the toilet in our room was very wobbly & we could hear the highway, making it hard to sleep. The first stay we were not facing the highway and were able to get a better sleep.
