No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. ”

“Place wasn’t set up conveniently as we didn’t have towels until the 2nd day and the parking pass wasn’t returned from previous guest so we had to walk a block away with all of our stuff. The place itself was lovely and I was very pleased with the location and everything.”

“I was locked out of my hotel the first night had to go to another hotel. Every night after that I had to be back to the hotel by 9 or I was locked out. Our vacation was ruined. The people will not refund my money they keep giving me the runaround it is nonsense!!!! ”

“Stayed twice in the last 3 weeks on a road trip. First time around was a better experience than the second, but it wasn’t bad, and I would probably stay again. Clean rooms, clean bathroom, & a clean hotel. Like most hotels, they could use newer shower curtains. The second stay the toilet in our room was very wobbly & we could hear the highway, making it hard to sleep. The first stay we were not facing the highway and were able to get a better sleep.
