“Clean, good location”

“We had an excellent experience for the 6 days spent at the Southport Hampton Inn. Of particular note were the laundry facilities. The room and machines were very cleaned and well maintained. Our room had a small issue with the towel rack. Staff resolved the problem immediately. This was our first time staying at the Hampton and will definitely return on our next trip to Indianapolis.”

“It was bery cozy, friendly and convenient location to access Indy downtown. ”

“We received enjoyed our stay here. We booked a suite for my daughter’s 10th birthday and had a blast. We stayed in the room and didn’t use any of the amenities. The suite was spacious and perfect. The property was clean and up to date. The staff were very polite and accommodating. Breakfast the next morning was good and the dining area was very nice. My husband and I are already planning to book a room for ourselves.”

“This hotel is fine if you are looking for an average place to stay/ sleep.”

“Had a reservation for an accessible room, which was unavailable when we checked in. They switched us to a more expensive room and charged us an additional fee instead of waving it. The explanation given was there were maintenance issues (previous guest had pets that had caused damage) but I still think the additional charge should have been waived as our reservation was changed through no fault of ours.”

“No pool”

“There wasn’t enough food in the morning for all the guests. And it smelled like cigarettes walking down the hallway to our room.”

“They charged a $100 deposit and it wasn’t disclosed when I booked the stay. I could say more, but I rather not.”
