"The breakfast was great, and the staff, particularly Miss Asti, were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff could use some additional training. On occasion, they would forget to restock the toilet paper, forcing us to request some from the reception desk. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was also convenient."

"My room got upgraded to 2 bedrooms. It was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had many fresh option. The staff was friendly and helped me checked in early without extra cost. I loved the location near the city center and I will stay here again,"

"Highly recommended! As a frequent traveler who has visited more than 30 countries, I can confidently say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was excellent — the people, the service, the rooms, the breakfast, and even the pricing. The swimming pool was great, very clean and relaxing. Room service was also impressively fast, whether ordering food or requesting room cleaning. The staff made us feel truly welcome and provided outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. A perfect experience from start to finish — I would definitely come back again!"
