“Comfortable beds. Staff was clueless. They gave us a key card for a room that was already occupied. They had a lot of difficulty understanding that we wanted a room that did not want to share a room with strangers. After 20 minutes we were finally given the room we reserved. Thankfully without people showering in it”

“The "Welcome Water" in the lobby was excellent. Hot tub was perfect. Nice location.”

“There were some items that were lacking to make our stay more comfortable. The bed was lumpy and sagged, a new mattress needs to be purchased. There was very little water pressure from the bathroom tap. There were NO towel rods in the bathroom (just one small hook) to hang up and dry towels that we used. The oddest missing item was a lack of coffee maker in the room..... NO coffee maker!! Almost all hotel rooms give the customer a choice of preparing and enjoying their own coffee in their room.”
