"It looked like they had just finished working in the room. There were metal shards on the desk and wood shavings/powder where they had drilled holes in the wall. The television would not turn off with the remote. There was a lot of construction noise. The staff that helped me at the front desk was so helpful and patient. I believe her name was Rozi. She had great customer service."
