“The property was amazing. In the center of the city but away from it like 9min from the airport. So it was still quité there were some minor things that could be fixed like paint in the kitchen ceiling and some wood tiles in the living room but other than that the home was perfect. Also a little confusing with the parking spaces Be at of the rental B in the back. It was too hot for us to use the hot tub, also the temperature settings were a little off. But we will definitely come back again....

“The pool heater and outside heaters could not work at the same time. 2 of the 3 bathrooms never got hot water for the showers ”

“This was the absolute best home we’ve ever rented. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed and very spacious with lots of seating options and spaces for people to sit, relax and enjoy. The outdoor space is amazing and everyone loved spending time outside. 10/10 we will definitely stay here again next time we’re in phoenix. ”

“This is an excellent property on the north side of Phoenix. There is a large open living/dining/kitchen space with a large screen TV and comfortable furnishings. The two bedrooms are slightly removed from this open living space allowing for quiet and privacy--a nice layout. The kitchen had everything one could need, bathrooms were excellent as were beds. In all--a great property.”

“The amenities listed on the Expedia did not function as stated. For example, hot tub was functioning with cold water. The lack of local TV channels on the television services provided. We were unable to see NFL Championship games from this property.”
