The staff was wonderful. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Pool was well kept and lots of chairs.

Visually, the room was beautiful. Wood beams on the ceiling and fresh paint in the room. The linens were soft and clean. The smell of the room was musty and old and the hallways smelled of urine. We arrived in the evening. In the morning the hallways smelled better. I’m not sure if the heat brought out whatever settled in the carpets. The hotel is currently under extensive construction and that was not mentioned anywhere at time of booking or on their website.

This hotel truly felt like vacation. Great pools, modern rooms, palm trees everywhere and great vibes all around. We wish we would have been able to stay longer at this hotel. Bonus points for allowing us an early check in and for super friendly staff.

Hotel is clean. Pool was nice. The bars were always open. We had to do not disturb the first day on our door and they called to make sure we didn’t need towels replenished.

Great location, a bit dated, the staff were very helpful in terms of free water and cookies! Overall a good resort and looks like they are upgrading parts of it so that should improve it.
