That interaction created the impression of an unexpected fee and made for a disappointing first impression. I had planned to wait by having a late lunch at the hotel restaurant, but it had already closed.
Strengths
The property benefits from a convenient location just minutes from the airport and directly on the beach. The balcony view was excellent, and the room was more spacious than expected, with a useful kitchenette that added convenience to the stay.
