"The room was very clean. The hallways, grounds, and elevators were also clean. The pool water was cloudy and dirty while we were there. The only issue we had was that our shower hot water did not work. We did call the front desk but it took what I would consider longer than it should of to fix it. We did have a room that had a locked door to another suite. The bottom of the door had a large gap which caused the very loud neighbors noise to come into our room, but we covered it up and it made it somewhat better. Ice machines and vending are hard to locate and not on all floors. The tiki hut and restaurant were not open all the days we were there. Overall it was a great place to stay and the main importance for us was that it was very clean. We will be back for sure."

"The location of the hotel is great! A few steps from beach and very close to shopping mall, outlets and Broadway. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. The only downside is that the hotel is outdated and some kitchen items need to be replaced with new ones. The towels and bed sheets had stains, the hotel needs a lot of upgrades."
