“The property was very clean and quiet. The room was very comfortable. Hotel is located within a short walking distance of a variety of food options”

“The evening staff that was at the front desk upon checking in was about as useful as a book of matches in hell. I asked questions and his answers were only about the one elevator. The breakfast offerings were okay, much better than other chains. The bedding was comfortable with an assortment of firm and soft pillows. The bathroom was large and handicap friendly. I did not like that the room was joined to another, so I tried to block the doorway as I'm not sure how easy it is to access from the...

“Very disappointed in this hotel. They informed me at check in there was a $200 deposit. That's fine. They did not tell me there was $150 pet deposit plus tax. I am fine with paying a pet deposit usually it's deducted from the deposit being held. This is ridiculous to charge tax too. I travel a lot, I will make note that Residence Inn by Marriott is a ripoff. I think one night a pet deposit should not be more than the room fee.”

“Pictures don’t fit the real thing. Very outdated and rooms not very clean. Only 2 towels in the room and none at the pool. We stopped at the desk and asked for more towels, the gentleman was kind and brought us 4 small pool towels and 1 towel said they were in the dryer, asked for room # and said would send some up in about 30 minutes. They never came so in the morning stopped at desk to request towels and the lady said they were washing, she never checked nothing. My son said to be careful...

“When arriving at the hotel, the parking ramp was blocked by someone fixing the entrance. After many cars piled up, he said nothing to anyone about how they could park. I finally circled the hotel multiple times which wasn’t easy due to the construction and one way streets, and found my way inside. When I checked out, I asked the front desk if I needed to bring my parking ticket back in prior to leaving. She looked up my room number and said I had already paid for the parking and I should just...

“Was in a great location.”

“LL Parking spots blocking the elevator was frustrating. Making it difficult to get in and out. We traveled as a group and with the pool capacity it was hard to enjoy.”
