"The staff was very nice and accommodating, the room was clean. I was not pleased with the breakfast choices, when I booked the room it stated breakfast included. Our choice was: hot chocolate-instant, coffee, oatmeal-instant, or granola bars."
"Everything was good, clean room, great location for walking to Old Town Bandon with restaurants and stores and right on the ocean.
My complaint is I booked 6-7 weeks in advance and we were given a bottom floor handicapped room and also Pet friend. We are not handicapped nor did we request a pet room since we didn’t bring an animal. When you shower using the handicapped bathroom, the water goes over the entire surface of the bathroom floor because the curtain only comes to our knees. Then we had to “mop it up” with spare towels. Being on the bottom floor is never good. Sounded like a herd of elephants above us. We couldn’t figure out what they were doing. It sounded like they were dragging furniture across the length of the floor!! Who knows. They did quiet down by 10:00 pm so at it wasn’t all
Night long. We would’ve asked for a different room but it was very busy, figured they wouldn’t have another available."
"This was the last stay on my first solo trip, and overall I had a great stay. I would have loved a room with a better ocean view, but my room was comfortable and had everything I needed.
The buffet-style breakfast was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of my stay.
The staff was doing their best, and I understand they were short-staffed. The only frustrating part was check-in. While helping me, the front desk associate stopped more than five times to assist coworkers and other guests before finishing my check-in. After traveling, my bladder and I were definitely getting impatient! Aside from that inconvenience, everything else was great, and I enjoyed my stay."
"Room was very large and clean, bed was comfortable, only real issue was bathroom fan did not work (had a bare light bulb in place of fan, and bathroom window didn't have a screen so opening window could let bugs in. Our room was on second floor with no elevator which we hadn't thought about. If you have heavy bags ask for bottom floor. The access to the beach was really awesome!"
"Very nice staff, room was very clean if a little dated, but the walls were very thing. Everything else was absolutely amazing and I will likely stay here again!"
"Great staff, amazing room. Looks like rooms just got a renovation. Really good location. There is a fantastic bar and restaurant near by across the street.
I did see some messy spots on things like curtains and hair in the sheets.
Overall really nice stay and location.
