"Bosque del Cabo is a destination in itself. Overlooking the Pacific and Gulf on the Osa Peninsula it is beautifully maintained, wildlife are all around, trails are rugged and moderate, and the staff could not be more personal and helpful. "Norlyn met us on the beach when our boat arrived and gave us a ride to his B&B. Comfortable and clean room. Common area has a shared refrigerator. On our second day we had an early departure for Corcovado and Norlyn served us an early breakfast and gave us a ride with our luggage. Great value!"

"This is a lovely place, but I can't give it a great review because on the day we checked-in no one was available at the hotel to answer the phone. Answering the phone when you have guest traveling from out of country, and to a very remote location is standard basic custom service. For whatever reason we could not find our email confirmation the day we were scheduled to arrive and we called and called for 5 hours straight on a Saturday between 12noon-5pm and no one answered the phone.
